We completed this project last year and the scope we had was Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, and Stucco. The metal panels on this project were also done by the panel division. TX Division SpawGlass was the General Contractor, Clay Fuller was the Estimator and Garrett Stricklen was the Project Manager on this very successful project. Our work started in June 2018 and finished up in February 2019, roughly 9 months of construction. This project was a 2 story, ground up, Municipal Police Station. Our scope consisted of interior and exterior framing, sheathing, drywall ceilings, specialty Gordon security ceilings for holding cells and high security areas, coffered acoustic ceilings, and specialty acoustic wall panels. There were many intricate details that had to be taken into account during early coordination and pre-construction, we were able to utilize our Technology Department to leverage their BIM coordination and clash detection capabilities along with the use of drones to better our QA/QC efforts. Fulton Division The MSU Dudy Noble Additions & Renovations Project still showcases the unique and timeless features of the previous ballpark with added modern design. Ceramic tiled bathrooms are found throughout the facility with custom made carpet in the baseball team areas. Acoustical ceilings and gypsum board furdowns create a one of a kind feel in the Suites and Players Locker Room. A vaulted gypsum board ceiling with beautiful ceramic floors in the Omaha Club are just a few of the details that make the facility one of the premier game destinations in the country. The team’s tireless effort is brought to life in this historic project that will be utilized and enjoyed for many years to come. Jackson Division The Millsaps Christian Center Renovation was designed to totally transform the historical building into a modern educational facility. The interior renovation included high tech classrooms, faculty offices, seminar rooms, lecture hall, and a cruciform chapel. The beautiful chapel is the center piece to the buildings new look. Its unique dome feature ceiling hangs at over forty feet high covered in acoustical plaster for an unmatched appearance. The design and execution of this ceiling is one of the main reasons this job received an ABC Merit Award. The Jackson Division is proud of our craftsmen for making this possible. Exterior Systems FLC Systems joined the Lemoine Company and Grace Hebert Architects to assist in designing the Ochsner High Grove facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This project features Centria Formawall Panels, Impec ACM Panels, Pac-Clad Flush Panels, and Longboard Wood Grain Soffit Panels.
